How Much Does It Cost to Transport a Home in NZ?
Transport and foundation costs typically range from $15,000 to $40,000 when the home is placed on a standard NZS3604 foundation.
Your transportable home delivery cost will depend on the route, home size, complexity of the move and site access. Alongside these transportation costs, you’ll also need supply and placement of the foundation by a Licensed Building Practitioner (LBP), Transit Insurance for the move and Contract Works Insurance while you are finishing off your home.
