Ezyline Homes has an extensive range of 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes across traditional styled homes as well as more contemporary designs. With manufacturing sites in Mount Maunganui and Feilding, Ezyline Homes can easily build and deliver your new home anywhere across the North Island.

Ezyline Homes only uses fully trained tradespeople, are Licensed Building Practitioners and are very proud to employ young people, offering them the opportunity to complete trade apprenticeships.

What can I change?

Colour choices
You have complete freedom to paint the interior and exterior of the home in colours of your choice. The roofing, aluminium joinery and even the front door are chosen according to your colour choices.

Cladding choices
Want to change the cladding type? No worries, we can work with you to stamp your personal style on the home.

Kitchen
You have many options to choose from including choosing the cabinet and benchtop colours, layout of cupboards and pantries as well as choosing higher end appliances, tiles, and benchtops.

Flooring
Again, you have complete freedom to choose your carpet colours and vinyl styles from a huge range of options.

Electrical and lighting
If you want extra power points, extra lights or Cat 6 cable to the Smart TV. No problem. We can accommodate those changes.

Aluminium joinery
Do you want bigger windows, smaller windows, extra ranch sliders, tinted glass? Again, no problem we can organise all those changes.

Roof
The types of roof to choose from are Gable, Hip, Mono, Saw Tooth.

How much is delivery?

This depends entirely on where the home is going. Get in touch with us and we can work out an estimate for you.

What is the difference between an Ezyline home and a tiny home/pod home?

Tiny/pod homes are typically much smaller in size. They are typically constructed of panels of various types including polystyrene and metal skin panels. They have a distinct shipping container look to them. Ezyline homes start at 50m² and are more traditional in their design.

Do you offer a guarantee?

Yes. All new Ezyline Homes come with a 10 year structural warranty that covers the structural integrity of your home, including the sub floor, framing, roof structure and load-bearing elements.

How to choose the right home plan for you

There are many factors to consider when choosing the right home plan design for you.
