We are proud to partner with Westpac Bank to help our customers make their transportable home dreams a reality.
This loan allows you to fund your home while its being built and make progress payments to Ezyline Homes while your home is under construction.
Westpac have a dedicated team of mobile mortgage managers who can work with you to secure a loan and help navigate the potential of using your Kiwisaver as part of the loan package.
How it works
While a CHOICES PREBUILT loan is similar to a normal construction loan, the difference is that it covers your transportable home while it is under construction in our factory, right through the transportation process to your site.
First home buyer?
Did you know that as a first home buyer, once you’ve been a member of KiwiSaver for 3 years, you may be able to withdraw some of your KiwiSaver funds to put towards the purchase of your transportable home or land?

Can I use my KiwiSaver?
Yes, in some cases you can. The best way to find out is to make contact with Westpac (our finance partners) who will advise if you can and how much of your KiwiSaver you can use.
Do you provide finance for your homes?
No sorry we do not. We can put you in touch with our finance partner, Westpac, who have specialist loans available.
What are the terms of payment when buying a Ezyline Homes unit?
5% on signing, 10% when the floor is down, 25% when the roof is installed, 25% when the home is wind and weatherproof, 25% when the interior fit out is underway and 10% final payment before the home is transported or handed over.
Do you offer a Warranty or Guarantee?
Yes. All new Ezyline Homes come with a 10 year structural warranty that covers the structural integrity of your home, including the sub floor, framing, roof structure and load-bearing elements.
